Thanks to Salman Khan: He just saved Kapil Sharma

Salman Khan to save Kapil Sharma’s The Kapil Sharma Show

Currently Comedy King Kapil Sharma is running on a low fortune and now it seems like Bollywood’s Bhaijaan Salman Khan has come to him for rescue. Actually, after the infamous fight between Kapil and his The Kapil Sharma Show co artistes Sunil Grover, Ali Asgar, Chandan Prabhakar and Sugandha Mishra, neutral people reacted against Kapil’s insulting behaviour and took Sunil and team’s side. As a result, the show has witnessed a major downfall in its TRPs for a long time and the channel went to make a decision to replace the show with Salman Khan’s superhit show Dus Ka Dum. The Tubelight actor who had been hosting the controversial show Bigg Boss for years, now will again host the very popular game show.

However, Salman’s busy shooting schedule for Yash Raj Films’ Tiger Zinda Hai led to the delay of Dus Ka Dum and now is most likely to be postponed straight to January next year.  As once the Sultan actor finishes the shooting part, he will be going through a long post production works and film promotions. And this gives Kapil a last chance to continue his show and to make an attempt to make himself shine once again before the audiences.

As per reports, “Salman has already started shooting for Tiger Zinda Hai, his reunion film with Katrina Kaif. So, the makers of Dus Ka Dum have pushed it to January 2018. That’s how the channel could allow Kapil more time to run his show.”

Industry observer Anil Wanvari also discussed the TRP fight and said, “Last week’s TRPs went up to nearly four million impressions from 3.4 million the week before. At its peak, the show garnered an average six million impressions. The recent Arjun Kapoor-Shraddha Kapoor episode evoked a positive response. We will have to wait and watch for at least a fortnight if the upward trend continues. We can’t write Kapil’s show off just yet.”

Superstar Salman Khan is currently busy in the promotional activities of his upcoming release Tubelight and next will appear on Zee TV’s singing reality show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L’il Champ this week. Directed by Bajrangi Bhaijaan director, Tubelight is all set to release this Eid, on 23rd June.
