Simran 1st Day Box Office Collection and Occupancy Report: Box Office Bollywood

Again two Bollywood films released this Friday, one is Kangana Ranaut’s Simran and another is Farhan Akhtar starrer Lucknow Central. Both films are for a small section of audiences. Therefore both had a poor start at the Box office on the first day.

Simran and Lucknow Central First Day Occupancy: Bollywood Box Office Reports

Lucknow Central and Simran have both opened to a poor 8-10% occupancy. ┬áMost noteworthy morning collections for both films are less than last weeks’ Poster Boys. Kangana has been in the news for the last few weeks, yet seems like it could not do extra favour to Simran. As Simran’s performance is same as the less promoted Lucknow Central in every part of India.

Especially relevant the admit figures of first shows in 45 Cinemas in Mumbai are 812 admits for Simran and 798 for Lucknow Central.

Lucknow Central – 2527

As per the early estimates, Simran 1st day Box Office collection is heading towards 2.50 crore. While Lucknow Central’s number will be similar to that of Simran.

It is not like that Farhan and Kangana have not that crowd pulling capacity in them. While in past both have delivered 100 crore films – Bhaag Milkha Bhaag and Tanu Weds Manu Returns. However their last releases failed to perform at the Box office and seems like the streak will continue.

Despite small budget films, both films could do a similar magic like Bareilly Ki Barfi and Shubh Mangal Saavdhan. But since the Words-Of-Mouth are mixed to negative, both Simran and Lucknow Central are now left with little hope for the weekend business and lifetime collections.
