Dangal Gets U/A Certificate from Censor Board with Zero Cuts – Dangal Film Duration
Whereas the much awaited movie, Aamir Khan’s Dangal to release here in India on this Friday, but it is all set to hit the screens in the US from tomorrow. And here is a good news!
Dangal has got the green signal from Censor Board or Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) too. The Censor Board has certified Dangal for a universal exhibition, with zero cut. And the duration of Dangal is 2 hours and 41 minutes. Well, the Aamir’s starrer flick Dangal got U/A certificate from the Censor Board and the movie will get benefits as it is a Christmas release.
Recently in an interview, Mr Perfectionist Aamir Khan said, “What attracted me about Dangal were its moments of humour. It’s like a Rajkumar Hirani film. You are trying to say something but say it in the light-hearted matter. The humour is the surface level of that film. With Dangal, we have the same deadly combination of humour and dramatic moments,”
“Learning Haryanvi was difficult for me as I was coming out of Bhojpuri zone. It took me four months to learn the accent. And we have not been 100% strict with the language. We have diluted it so that people from the country can understand it,” shared the Saare Jahaan Se Achcha actor.
Will Dangal Release In Pakistan? Dangal Will Not Release In Pakistan
Just before the release, the reports came that Aamir’s Dangal will be released in Pakistan. But the spokesperson of the distributors of Dangal confirmed that, any news reports saying Dangal is releasing in Pakistan is false.
Dangal is a biopic based on the life of wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat. Here Mahavir Phogat’s character will be essayed by Aamir Khan, while Sakshi Tanwar will play Mahavir Phogat’s wife. And Mahavir Singh’s lion hearted daughters will be played by Zaira Wasim as child Geeta Phogat and Suhani Bhatnagar as child Babita Kumari.
