Arms Act case: Salman Khan asked to appear before Jodhpur court in Black Buck Case.
Back in the year 1998, there was a case filed against actor Salman Khan in the month of october for possessing 0.22 rifle and 0.32 revolver. Police filed case because of the allegation on Salman Khan for poaching two black bucks in Jodhpur’s Kankani village by using the weapons.
The Jodhpur District Sessions Court yesterday (i.e on Thursday) ordered Bollywood actor Salman Khan to arrange a bail bond of Rs 20, 000. And the court also asked Salman Khan personally to appear before judge on July 6 in connection with the arms act case. During the earlier hearing, Salman Khan was not seen present in the court. The Rajasthan Government made an appeal before the session’s court after the actor was acquitted by a CJM court in Jodhpur.
On this issue speaking to Salman Khan’s lawyer Hastmal Saraswat, he said “The court acquitted Salman Khan in the arms act case where the state government filed an appeal against this order. We received a notice of that appeal. The court has asked Salman Khan to personally appear before court on July 6. We have been asked to furnish a bail bond worth Rs. 20, 000.”
On the other hand, It would be the first time that Salman Khan would play the role of an army man in his upcoming film Tubelight. he will be seen sharing screen space with the Chinese actor Zhu Zhu in Tubelight. This film is scheduled to release on the occasion of this eid i.e on June 23rd.
