The Uri Attacks by the Indian Government, led to the permanent ban of Pakistani artists in Indian films. Karan Johar’s film Ae Dil Hai Mushkil had a very tough time because of this ban as it starred Fawad Khan in it. In the same way, Pakistan also banned the Indian films to release in their country. But Latest buzz is that the decision has been taken by officials to lift the ban on all Indian films.
Karan Johar’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil To release tomorrow
The Information Ministry and Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has cleared Ae DIl Hai Mushkil for screening in Pakistan, according to a leading Pakistan daily. The movie was issued an Non Objection Certificate, a while back and was submitted to the censor boards in the country, three months after being pulled in a political struggle between the two countries. The censor boards of Karachi and Lahore are yet to issue an NOC. Reportedly the movie Ae Dil Hai Mushkil will release tomorrow in local theatres in Pakistan.
A Distribution Club official revealed to the daily, “We will monitor the public’s response to Ae Dil Hai Mushkil first and then decide whether or not to purchase the other films accordingly.” Directed by Karan Johar, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil stars Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Fawad Khan
